Helen Foletta Foreign Student Scholarship


Foreign Student Scholarship Recognizing the importance of higher education, she financed her college education by working part time with the University of Phoenix founder John Sperling as its first employee. Later, Helen is able to be full-time students by continuing to University of Phoenix jobs and other jobs. While working full time, going to school full time, and care for her children, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and her Master of Arts in Education!

Scholarship Program:

Through the
Foreign Student Scholarship program, Helen Foletta Scholarships will be offered. Scholarships will be awarded to current students or master's degree to cover the class until the end of the program students, or up to 24 credits, whichever comes first. University of Phoenix Helen Foletta Foreign Student Scholarship is directed toward students attending the University of Phoenix Bay Area Campus in California. There are no exceptions.

Postgraduate Foreign Student Scholarships for International Students at Kingston University, UK

Kingston University London Announce Postgraduate Scholarships for International Students, UK

We offer awards totalling £250,000 every year, with each international scholarship worth £3,300. These are open to prospective full-time postgraduates in any subject area on a one-year taught masters degree. Scholarships are available for both September entry and January entry (for courses with a relevant start date).
You can apply online for scholarships for September 2011 entry. Please note that we cannot consider applications received after the deadline. Remember that the scholarships application procedure is separate from the admissions application procedure. Before you begin your application, please make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria. You must:

be an international student (classified as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes);have an offer of a place on a course at Kingston for 2011 entry; andnot currently be registered on an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Kingston University. King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals Graduate Scholarships, Saudi Arabia

King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) open application to Graduate Studies at KFUPM. KFUPM provides full MS and PhD scholarships for distinguished graduate applicants who demonstrate high potential for conducting original research in the fields of Engineering, Sciences and Business.

How to Apply
The online graduate admission application for the coming Fall Semester 2010-2011 is now available starting from Sept. 18, 2010 until October 29, 2010

After submission of the online application, mandatory documents need to be uploaded through the Upload System using the same Login ID and PIN created for the online application using this link

Mandatory documents for application (without which application will not be processed)

  • Copy of identification (National ID for Saudi nationals / Passport for international applicants / Iqama for residents of Saudi Arabia).
  • Complete official transcripts for BS degree and MS degree (if applying to PhD).
  • Statement-of-Purpose (a one-page essay focusing on career and research goals).
  • Recommendation Letters from 3 referees through the online recommendation system after submitting the online application.

Other supporting documents (needed for final admission decision)

  • Certificates for BS degree and MS degree (if applying to PhD).
  • TOEFL score (min. is 68 IBT for MS and 79 IBT for PhD).

Australian Solar Institute PhD Scholarships foreign student



Scholarship Description

The ASI is a $100 million commitment by the Australian Government to support solar thermal and solar photovoltaic research and development. This commitment will foster greater collaboration between solar researchers in universities, research institutions and industry and help forge strong links with peak overseas solar research organisations. A key objective of the ASI is to retain local, and attract to Australian international expertise in solar energy research and in doing so support the growth in skills and capacity in solar technologies for the domestic and international markets. The ASI is calling for applications for up to 4 PhD scholarships. Applications should propose research activity in the areas of PV, OPB or Concentrated Solar Power to commence in 2011.
